Private accomodation for I.P.A. use – SAN SEVERINO MARCHE (MC) – Region Marche – Italy

The Italian I.P.A. member Mr Giuseppe Palazzesi offers to Ipa members and their relatives the possibility to stay in his house situated in San Severino Marche (MC).

DESCRIPTION: Detached House of about 130 Mq consisting on two floors:

Ground floor: living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen ( no dishwasher), bathroom with shower,   laundry room.

First floor: two double bed rooms, parlour, bathroom with bath;

Garden with BBQ and wood-burning oven, parking available for 1 car.

Not suitable for disabled people.

RATE:   from 15th March   to  30th October:                         

Adults and boys over 16 years per person per day                                          € 25,00

Cradle or cot and children under 16 years                                                      € 10,00

Double bedroom for single use per day                                                           € 40,00

Weekly change of linen, on request                                                               € 10,00

Weekly cleaning during the hosts’ stay, on request                                         € 30,00

Dogs accepted only outside the house                                                             € 15,00

50% deposit via foreign money order,  balance at hosts’arrival

together with a guarantee deposit (€  300,00), to be returned at hosts’departure.                        

Nearby the house there are two countryhouses and several restaurants and typical “pizzerie”.

LOCATION: San Severino Marche Frazione Pitino (10 km from San Severino Marche,10 km from Treia, 15 km from Cingoli, 23 km from Macerata, 13 km from Tolentino) , 30/40 minutes by car from Civitanova Marche ( clearvay ) , Porto Recanati and Sarnano. Situated among hills.

PLACES OF INTEREST: Pitino ( Ruins of the medieval Castle, with a wonderful landscape ), Lakes Caccamo, Polverina, Castriccioni in Cingoli near the water funfair Parco Verde Azzurro, Fiastra Abbey, Valle del Grillo ( between San Severino and Castelraimondo) with the caves of S. Eustacchio and Motocross track of S. Pacifico, San Lorenzo pine forest in Treia and Roccaccia with the Monastery of Santa Sperandia, El Cito, mountain  San Vicino, ecc;

In summer season, from June till September ,in San Severino and surrounding villages several cultural, historical and typical events take place, such as the celebration of the patron saint of San Severino Marche, “la disfida del Bracciale” in Treia and several more such as village festivals and performances at the roman amphitheatre in Urbisaglia.
