PRIVATE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR I.P.A. USE

1) CANNOLE (LECCE) – PUGLIA – ITALY.

Mr De Donno Antonio, father of the treasurer of the Local IPA Branch Riccione, offers to Ipa members and their families the possibility to stay at his House “Villa Monaci”, consisting in a principal residence and an outbuilding situated in Cannole (LECCE) – Puglia Region – Italy:

PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE COMPOSED OF:

Livingroom with fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and tv, bathroom with shower, large veranda and barbecue, additional shower in the garden, 2 rooms ( 1 double and 1 twin). In both rooms it is possible to add an additional single bed. In the large kitchen there is also a divan bed. Sleeps max 8 people.

OUTBUILDIND COMPOSED OF:

Double room (with possibility of a single bed in addition), kitchen, area, bathroom with shower, veranda and additional shower in the garden. Possibility to add an additional single bed in the kitchen. Sleeps max 4 people.

The buildings are situated in a garden whose extension is 20.000 mq, with an immense park of conifers, fruit trees and vegetables at hosts’ disposal. Within easy reach ( 10 kms) of the beautiful beaches of Otranto (Lakes Alimini); 25 km from Lecce (a baroque town) and around 40 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

PRICES FOR IPA MEMBERS:

PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE:

from 1^st July to 31^st August	Euro 80 per day ( max 6 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 10 per person ).
From 1^st to 30^th June and from 1^st and 30^th September	Euro 65 per day ( max 6 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 7,50 per person).
Other months	Euro 50 per day ( max 6 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 5 per person).

OUTBUILDING:

from 1^st July to 31^st August	Euro 45 per day ( max 3 people; additional bed Euro 7 ).
From 1^st to 30^th June and from 1^st and 30^th September	Euro 30 per day ( max 3 people; additional bed Euro 5 ).

Bed linen included.; guests are expected to bring their own towels. Animals accepted outside the flat. There is also the possibility to play bowls.

2) MORIGINO (Frazione di MAGLIE – LECCE) – PUGLIA - ITALY

Mr De Donno also put to disposition of Ipa members and their families his flat situated in MORIGINO ( Frazione di MAGLIE – LECCE) – Puglia Region – Italy.

This typical regional flat consists on 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, tv and 1 car parking. Sleeps max 4 people ( possibility of additional single bed in each bedroom). The flat is available also during autumn and winter season.

The village is situated 2 km far from Maglie, 15 km from Otranto, 25 km from Lecce, 30 km from Gallipoli and 45 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. It is within easy reach to the historical Grecia Salentina and at only 2 km from Melpignano, famous for its annual folkloristic concert “Notte della Taranta”.

PRICES FOR IPA MEMBERS:

from 1^st July to 31^st August	Euro 60 per day ( max 4 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 10 per person ).
From 1^st to 30^th June and from 1^st and 30^th September	Euro 50 per day ( max 4 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 7,50 per person).
Other months	Euro 40 per day ( max 4 people; additional bed – max 2 – Euro 5 per person).
